NOVATO, Calif. – February 20, 2014 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading provider of real estate services in the San Francisco Bay Area, announced today that six of its top North Bay agents, including Sylvia Barry of Novato, have been selected into leadership positions for the Marin Association of REALTORS® (MAR) for 2014.

At MAR’s annual induction and award luncheon on December 10, Barry was inducted into MAR's Board of Directors. In addition, Blaine Morris, with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Greenbrae Sir Francisco Drake office, was sworn in as president, Nate Sumner (Mill Valley office) as president elect, and Barry Crotty (Greenbrae Sir Francisco Drake), Margaret Deedy (Greenbrae Castle) and Marilyn Riede (Greenbrae Bon Air) was named to MAR’s board of directors. In addition, Riede was honored with the board’s Distinguished Service Award for 2013.
